there's always going to be some big drama in florida. the funny thing about this car chase with the mail truck. they keep going in circles. and i find that really funny. my friend jen just called from orlando and said that its all over the tv up there.

jen was supposed to come down here last night or today. when i called her today she said she doesnt know if she's going to come down at all. whatever.

i worked out yesterday. and the workout i did was pretty tough i guess cause muscles i didnt even know i had are aching like crazy. and i worked out again when i got home from work and i am in so much pain. but its a good pain. i feel like im accomplishing something.

i started taking my supplements today for my stomach/kidney/liver problems. i guess ill just have to wait and see how they work. the doctor said it should be a couple of weeks before they kick in. so we'll see. oops i forgot to ask if the acid reducer i take everyday could react with this other stuff. hmm..

its friday. so happy for that. nothing is going on this weekend since jen isnt coming down. im not going to the keys. i dont really want to.. i know that sounds weird.. but i just dont feel like going down there for the night and worrying the next morning if i should leave or not. too much stresss. going to give it another week before i try to hang out with them.

thats my new game plan.
